NO REFUNDS – ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases of digital products, online courses, certifications, and training materials are final. Refunds are not offered as a matter of right.

COMPANY DISCRETION

A Plus BBP Certification reserves the sole and absolute right, at its discretion, to issue a refund only in cases it determines to be legitimate. This decision is entirely discretionary and does not establish precedent for future requests.

Examples may include:
– Verified duplicate charges caused by system error
– Proven technical failure preventing course access that cannot be resolved
– Other extraordinary circumstances as determined solely by A Plus BBP Certification

NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued if:
– Course access has been granted
– Any portion of the course has been accessed or completed
– Exams, quizzes, or assessments have been accessed
– A certificate of completion has been issued
– The incorrect course, state, or jurisdiction was purchased
– A third party, employer, or regulatory agency does not accept the training
– The student fails to complete or pass the course
– The student changes their mind or no longer needs the course
– Technical issues exist on the user’s device or internet connection
– The purchaser failed to review course requirements prior to purchase

DIGITAL GOODS DISCLAIMER

Due to the instant-access and non-returnable nature of digital goods, A Plus BBP Certification cannot verify whether content has been viewed, copied, or otherwise used. As a result, refunds are generally not provided.

ACCEPTANCE & COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER

Acceptance of training is determined by employers, licensing agencies, counties, and regulatory authorities. A Plus BBP Certification does not guarantee acceptance by any specific entity. Lack of acceptance does not constitute a legitimate reason for a refund.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting support. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate access revocation, certificate invalidation, and permanent account suspension.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS
